If you use this platform properly, you’ll be surprised at how quickly your fish catching goes up.
First 2 Steps
As a new member, it’s very important to make sure that you know your password because you’ll need to log into both our web and app platforms.
And it’s very important to go through our core fishing lessons to make sure that you have the foundational knowledge to build from as we help you catch more fish with less effort than ever before.
So here are your first 2 steps:
Step 1. Customize Your Password so that you can easily log into both sections of the platform (app & web)

Step 2. Complete the guided tour in the Smart Fishing Spots platform which contains the best mapping layers ever put together for inshore saltwater fishermen to easily find great fishing spots

Just join…I have been fishing on the FL panhandle since I was 8 years old but away from it due to “life” challenges. I have just started getting the itch again so I’m re-learning everything. I live on the MS coast now and the fishing here is very “challenging”. I’m really looking forward learning from the group.

how come now that i have paid to join and get the ap and all of the fishing advice and maps and direction,when i go to your page everything has a price and i still dont have the app on my phone, at this point im ready for a refund
It sounds as if you have not yet logged into your account. Did you receive the Welcome email which has an auto-login link?
As for the app, all you’ll need to do is download it (Smart Fishing Spots) onto your phone from the app store, and then login using your Insider email and password (your membership dues covers the app as well).
Hey how’s it going? I just joined as an insider. I fish on the weekends with my dad on our Carolina skiff 178 and we want to catch snook tarpon and redfish. Every once in a while we go on fishing trips but don’t catch anything. Could anyone help me?

I primarily fly fish. Are there Texas Members out there and does Salt Strong have fly fishing categories for Salt flats, etc.?

Can I specify only certain species on smart spot feature. I’d like to narrow it down to just bonefish, permit, tarpon, snook, redfish. And does it give and suggestions for fly fisherman?
Hey Scott, thanks for posting the suggestion. That’s ability to customize species of interest is on our list of upgrades to make to the Smart Fishing Spots system.
As for the fly inclusion, is there anything in particular that you’d like included in the reports to help with fly fishing?
